Not only does Grasta help medical patients to deal with the loss of hair, she also has a large customer base of actors, singers, and dancers. Grasta has been noticing that more and more customers are coming to her to add temporary length or just change a style for that special occasion.

Sharon is a beautician and a wig shop owner. The word "beauty" is still in her business name but Sharon has now devoted all of her time to only selling hair systems, wigs, wiglets, toupees, and all accessories such as turbans, scarves, and products to care for the wigs.

Many customers have purchased wigs because of hair loss due to chemotherapy. With Sharon's work in hospitals and working with many cancer patients, she knows about this disease, as both her parents were afflicted with it. She is particularly sensitive to their needs, and offers more than just her expertise with hair products, she offers her support.

Each customer is given her undivided attention. The shops are open by individual appointment only, with personalized styling. Grasta prides her business on the variety of quality wigs - all available, on the premises, although special orders can be accommodated in 24 hours. The salon carries only top graded pieces - human hair, blends, and synthetics for men, women, and children. Also now available, men's human hairpieces and the new French Lace Human Hair Wigs.  Sharon also welcomes hair stylists of the area to call her with questions and ideas about their customers who may need assistance about hair loss. The salon also offers products and supplies for all wig types, with a large selection of hard to find turbans, hats, and scarves.

Since 1963, Grasta has been a dependable and caring source for wigs for all ages and all reasons, and has been recommended by doctors, nurses, cancer, and Alopecia patients, and is a Beautician for Greater Rochester Hospitals. She will work with all local Hospice organizations. She has also been seen on local TV stations supporting cancer, lupus, scar, and other medical patients from the local area hospitals.
